Maegan Anders has been with Bowie since its inception in 2014 and serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. She is instrumental in helping to build and drive the long-term strategic vision of Bowie and is responsible for the firm’s planning, accounting, operations, and compliance.

Maegan has over 20 years of experience in the investment advisor and private fund industry. Prior to Bowie, she was a Managing Director at Blue River Partners, where she helped clients launch new advisory firms and private funds and served as their outsourced Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Blue River, Maegan served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for an advisor to two private investment partnerships. She began her career in Fort Worth on the Financial Control Team of Q Investments.

Maegan earned her B.B.A in Finance summa cum laude from Abilene Christian University and was awarded the University Scholar Medal. She also earned the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA)® Certification from the Yale School of Management’s Wealth Management Theory & Practice program.
